100 years of RC Rugby – celebration in Rugby on 9 June 2022 with the participation of our club
In June 2022, the Rotary Club Rugby, which has been friends with us for years, turned 100. To mark the occasion, the club, together with Rugby Borough Council and the Warwickshire Wildlife Trust, initiated a "century project" to modernize a section of the Great Central Way in Rugby. Members of our club also came to the 100th anniversary celebrations: President Kurt Eisenacher and his wife Ulrike, Incoming President Jürgen Klüpfel, Dieter Fischer and Herbert Roos, who has been in charge of our international service for many years and who still has strong friendly ties with many members of RC Rugby.
